More than 60 CEOs and a total audience of over 275 people were in attendance to hear from an exceptional speaker roster, making this our highest attended summit yet. More than 20 distinguished speakers, including Brendan Bechtel and Pat Gelsinger, shared insights and strategies for addressing supply chain challenges. Topics included nearshoring, workforce, shocks, AI, and other important conversations, all within the context of increasing resilience in an uncertain world.
We would like to give a special thanks to Gina Boswell and Bath & Body Works for being this year's co-host; their impressive corporate headquarters was a perfect setting for the event. We are also grateful to JobsOhio, Cenovus Energy and Sidecar Health for their high-level support of our event, and to all of our sponsors for making the day possible.
We also want to thank our OBRT Chairman, Chris Gorman, for his leadership and participation during this year’s event. He helped us facilitate a great dialogue with Governor Mike DeWine, and provided great remarks to set the stage for the events of the day.
Finally, the most impressive aspect of our day was, without question, the quality of our speakers, the overwhelming majority of whom are OBRT members. This event cannot occur without the direct speaking participation of our CEOs, and just like in previous years, our membership stepped up.
Event videos will soon be available at www.OhioCEOSummit.com/watch if you would like to rewatch or view a session for the first time. With your help, we made progress toward our goals of exploring a major economic issue--supply chain dynamics--and sharing insights for the benefit of Ohio's business community.
Thanks for making the 3rd Ohio CEO Summit a success!
