Nick Rhodes

Director of Policy and Special Projects

Nick Rhodes is a dedicated professional from Lancaster, Ohio, with a background in legislative policy and mechanical engineering. He most recently served as a Majority Policy Advisor at the Ohio House of Representatives, where he oversaw and advised on key legislative areas, including agriculture, education, insurance, and transportation.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Political Science from the University of Dayton. He is also pursuing a Juris Doctor at Capital University Law School in their evening program.

His professional journey spans engineering internships at various firms in Dayton and Cincinnati to a multitude of roles in the legislative and political arenas. Notable experiences include working as a Legislative Service Commission Fellow and Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives, interning with Lt. Governor Jon Husted, and working as a Field Coordinator for a local congressional campaign.

Nick has also contributed to the legal field, serving as a staff member for the Capital University Law Review and externing for Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy at the Supreme Court of Ohio.

In his free time, he enjoys watching football, playing golf, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and dog, Sprite.

Driven by his commitment to innovation and collaboration, Nick is poised to make a meaningful impact in both policy and the legal profession.
