Rob was elected chairman of the Board of Directors in 2020. He became CEO in 2014 and, prior to that, was named president in 2007. He joined the company in 2005 as Vice President of Marketing.

Under his leadership, the company has achieved record sales and profitable growth while making significant investments for the future.

Rob previously worked at VeriFone, holding several key leadership roles with responsibility for operations, sales, and marketing.

Education

Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.

Professional and Civic

Rob is a member of the Ohio Business Roundtable. He serves on the boards of directors of Conscious Capitalism, Inc., and the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM). Rob also serves on the boards of trustees of Sinclair Community College and Dayton Children’s Hospital and as a member of the board of advisors for Shook Construction.
