Bruce Langos is chief operations officer for Teradata Corporation. He oversees all operational functions across the company worldwide including supply line management, global procurement, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, aviation, information technology services, corporate security, intellectual property licensing, and designs and implements programs that strengthen the company’s processes and increase efficiency. He also leads the company’s sales support and order management functions. In his current role, Langos is a member of the Teradata leadership team reporting to Mike Koehler, president and chief executive officer of Teradata.
Langos joined NCR Corporation in 1976 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including sales, product marketing, product line management, strategic planning, and executive assistant to the CEO’s office.
Prior to his current position, Langos was senior vice president (SVP) of global operations for NCR Corporation. Previously, he served as vice president of NCR’s Teradata Division where he was responsible for the division’s order, supply-line management and procurement processes, and intellectual property licensing. He was also vice president of corporate real estate and oversaw a major initiative to ensure that NCR’s global real estate holdings were appropriately aligned with the company’s business needs.
Langos is the President of the Board for the Humane Society of Greater Dayton; and a Governor appointed commissioner of the Ohio Third Frontier Commission.
