George Vincent is an attorney and the Managing Partner of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the firm’s Finance Committee. George’s practice includes general business and corporate law with an emphasis on general corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law, professional corporations and antitrust. Among his civic commitments, George serves as Chairman of The Christ Hospital Board of Directors; as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Art Museum; as former Chair of the Hamilton County Republican Party; as Past President of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce; and as Chairman of the Cincinnati Area Boy Scouts. George is also a minority owner of the Cincinnati Reds.
